Rowland Street in Kew

Rowland Street in City of Frankston is a two-lane residential street. There is no cycle path. It runs in an east-west direction starting from Thomas Street and crosses John Street and ends at Edward Street. Rowland Street also exists in Mont Albert and Blairgowrie.
