Thompsons Road in City of Frankston is a two-lane, asphalted main road (80 km/h). It runs in an east-west direction and crosses Wheelers Park Drive, William Thwaites Boulevard, Narre Warren Road, Springhill Drive, Waterbury Street, Woodbine Road, South Gippsland Highway, Lesdon Avenue, Lonsdale Crescent, Merinda Park Boulevard, Evans Road and Marriott Boulevard. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Lyndhurst, Clyde North, Cranbourne East, Cranbourne North, Cranbourne West and Cranbourne. This road is part of the long-distance road "6". Thompsons Road also exists in Templestowe Lower, Balwyn North, Keilor North, Kalorama and Bangholme.
