Western Freeway in Thornhill Park

Western Freeway in City of Frankston is a two-lane, asphalted motorway (110 km/h). There is no cycle path. It runs in a southeast-northwest direction and crosses Mira Way, Former Western Freeway alignment, Western Highway Onramp, Coburns Road Offramp, Western Freeway Onramp, Melton Highway Offramp, Leakes Road Offramp, Troups Road North, Service Centre Offramp, Hopkins Road Offramp, Christies Road Offramp and Robinsons Road Offramp. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Ravenhall, Truganina, Rockbank, Cobblebank, Brookfield and Derrimut. This road is part of the long-distance road "M8". Western Freeway also exists in Melton, Melton West, Aintree and Deanside.
