Black Street in Westmeadows

Black Street in City of Frankston is a residential street. It runs in a southeast-northwest direction and crosses Broad Street, Wills Street and Pascoe Street. It ends in a cul-de-sac. Black Street also exists in Watsonia, Brunswick, Mont Albert, Reservoir and Oakleigh East.
