Willaura - Wickliffe Road in Rural City of Ararat is an asphalted tertiary road (also known as Main Street). It runs in a north-south direction starting from Main Street and crosses North Creek Road, Bald Hill Road, Golf Links Road, Stapylton Road, Back Bolac Road, Mount Nicholson Road, Spittle Road, Major Mitchell Drive, Grimmer Road, Floate Lane and Burdett Lane. It connects Wickliffe and Willaura. Willaura - Wickliffe Road is also known as Main Street.
