River Road in Shire of Campaspe is a single-lane, gravelled minor road. It runs in a northeast-southwest direction starting from Northern Highway and crosses Runnymede Cemetery Road, Capewell Road, Avonmore Bridge Road, Walker Road, Murphy Road, Rodney Lane, Bendigo - Murchison Road, Bickley Road, Englishs Bridge Road, Dalton Road and Barnadown-Myola Road and ends at Northern Highway. It connects Runnymede, Myola, Muskerry and Creek View.
