It runs in an east-west direction starting from McKenzie Road and crosses Watson Road, Henderson Road, Day Road, Curr Road, Meldrum Lane, Scobie Road and Palmer Road and ends at McEwen Road. It connects Tongala and Kyvalley. Graham Road is also known as Echuca - Kyabram Road. This road is part of the long-distance roads C351 and 61. Graham Road also exists in Koyuga.
