It runs in a northeast-southwest direction and crosses Border Road, Smiths Road, Bowds Road, Ardno Homestead Road, West Strathdownie Road, Kaladbro Road, Moles Road, Walkers Road, Andersons Lane, Strathdownie School Road, Old Lindsay Road and Strathdownie Post Office Road. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Casterton and Strathdownie. This road is part of the long-distance road "B160".
