Blackwood Road in Shire of Hepburn is an asphalted secondary road. It runs in a northeast-southwest direction and crosses Blue Creek Road, Clarrie Donald Track, Old School Road, Reserve Road, Cook Road and Beachs Lane and ends at Myrniong - Trentham Road, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. This road is part of the long-distance road "C318". Blackwood Road also exists in City of Greater Geelong, Shire of Macedon Ranges, City of Frankston, Rural City of Ararat and Shire of Moyne.
