It runs in an east-west direction starting from William Street and crosses Lorquon-Netherby Road, Warraquil Road, Yanac Branch Line, Wilkscha Road and Haustorfers Road and ends at Lorquon Road. Netherby South Road is also known as Warraquil Road.
