It runs in a northeast-southwest direction starting from Arnold Road and crosses Pondage Road, Pump Lane, Swales Lane, Sloans Road, Sweeneys Lane, Bullabul Creek Road, Newbridge - Bridgewater Road, Black Bridge Road, Matheson Road, Higgs Lane and Grahams Lane. It connects Arnold, Bridgewater, Llanelly, Bridgewater on Loddon and Inglewood. This road is part of the long-distance roads 44 and C274.
