Monkey Gully Road in Shire of Mansfield is an unpaved minor road. It runs in a northeast-southwest direction and crosses Rifle Butts Road, Highton Lane, Carob Court, James Street, Highett Street, Stoneleigh Road, Tip Access Road, Quarry Lane, Merinda Way, Old Tonga Road, Fentons Lane and Maude Lane. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Mansfield and Goughs Bay.
