It runs in an east-west direction starting from Bearii - Mywee Road and crosses Mywee Road, Ruttles Road, Stokes Road, Tom Obrien Road, Kenny Road, Naughton Road, Kangan Road and Goulburn Valley Highway. It connects Koonoomoo, Mywee and Strathmerton. Mywee-Koonoomoo Road is also known as Koonoomoo-Mywee Road.
