It connects Nathalia, Strathmerton, Yielima and Yalca. Murray Valley Highway is also known as Goulburn Valley Highway. This road is part of the long-distance roads A39, Goulburn Valley Highway and B400. Murray Valley Highway also exists in Yarroweyah, Cobram East, Cobram, Burramine and Yarrawonga.
