Lerderderg Road in Shire of Moorabool is an unpaved minor road. It runs in a southeast-northwest direction and crosses Wheeler Track, Ottie Track, New Sultan Mine Track, New Sultan Road, Simonds Reef Road (Lerderderg Track) and Hills Road and ends at Simmons Reef Road, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. This road is part of the mountain bike route "Heritage Ride". Lerderderg Road also exists in Blakeville.
