It runs in a southeast-northwest direction starting from Koroit - Woolsthorpe Road and crosses Commercial Road, Sturt Street, King Street, Mill Street, Garden Street, Horne Street, Wright Street, Queen Street, Anne Street and McVicar Street and ends at Lake Street. High Street also exists in Framlingham, Macarthur, Yambuk and Orford.
