It runs in a north-south direction starting from Miller Street and crosses Station Street, Oliver Street, Meadow Road, Ewing Wynd, Kingsmere Lane, Murrindindi Road, Ti Tree Creek Road, Nashs Road, Webb Wares Road, Glendaloch Road and Steuarts Road. It connects Yea, Glenburn and Castella. This road is part of the long-distance roads B300 and C724.
