Cape Otway Road in Surf Coast Shire is an asphalted tertiary road. It runs in a northeast-southwest direction and crosses Drewry Lane, Mount Duneed Road, Ervins Road, Hendy Main Road, The Broadway, Bolton Street, Clerke Court, Lloyd Mews, Lowndes Road, Taylors Road, Church Road and Considines Road. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Moriac, Mount Moriac and Wurdiboluc. This road is part of the long-distance road "C135". In the vicinity, there is a café. Cape Otway Road also exists in Winchelsea South.
