It runs in a north-south direction and crosses Millars Log Road, Balbarrup Road, Postcode Road, Karinda Road, Cosy Creek Road, Speak Street, Manjin Drive, Case Road, Perup Road, Graphite Road, Mottram Street and Railway Crossing Road. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Manjimup, Balbarrup and Palgarup. This road is part of the long-distance road "1". South Western Highway also exists in Jardee, Diamond Tree, Smith Brook, Lake Muir and Quinninup.
