Newton Road in Area B (Cawston/Lower Similkameen) is a two-lane residential street. It runs in a southeast-northwest direction starting from Crowsnest Highway and crosses Daly Drive, Pine Lane, Spoonemore Road, Coulthard Avenue and School Road. This road is part of the bicycle route "South Okanagan - Similkameen Bike Route Network". Newton Road also exists in Summerland.
