Main Street in Municipality of Rhineland is a two-lane, asphalted secondary road. It runs in a north-south direction starting from Provincial Road 332 and crosses Oliver Street, Alexander Street, 1st Street, Gertie Street, 2nd Street, Henry Street, 3rd Street, Bredin Street, 4th Street and Provincial Trunk Highway 14 and ends at Provincial Trunk Highway 30. This road is part of the long-distance road "332". Main Street also exists in Neepawa, Teulon, Rural Municipality of West St. Paul, Rural Municipality of Rockwood and Rural Municipality of Pipestone.
