It runs in a north-south direction and crosses Road 124N, Road 123N, Road 121N, Road 120N, Road 119N, Road 118N, Ukranian Park Road 117N, Road 116N, Road 115N, Road 114N, Road 113 N and Provincial Road 231. It ends in a cul-de-sac. Provincial Trunk Highway 7 is also known as Provincial Road 231. This road is part of the long-distance roads 7 and 231. Provincial Trunk Highway 7 also exists in Teulon, Rural Municipality of Rockwood and Rural Municipality of Bifrost – Riverton.
