Main Street in Cox's Cove is a two-lane tertiary road. It runs in a southeast-northwest direction and crosses Bayview Drive, Hillview Drive, Park Drive, Country Road, Central Street, Oceanview Drive, Driftwood Avenue and Willow Avenue. It ends in a cul-de-sac. Main Street also exists in Bauline, Old Perlican, Wabana, Whitbourne and Burin.
