Newtown Road in Pacquet is a two-lane, unpaved residential street. It runs in a northeast-southwest direction and crosses D. Gillingham's Road and ends at Main Street, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. Newtown Road also exists in Upper Island Cove, Long Harbour - Mount Arlington Heights, Grand Le Pierre, Stephenville and Seal Cove.
