Main Road in Petty Harbour-Maddox Cove is a two-lane, asphalted secondary road (40 km/h). It runs in a northeast-southwest direction starting from Southside Road and crosses Long Run Road, Lee's Lane, Skinner's Hill, Cribbes Road, Main Road Lane and Wharf Access Road and ends at Maddox Cove Road. This road is part of the hiking trail "East Coast Trail" and the long-distance road "11". In the vicinity, you can find a museum, a convenience store and an attraction. Main Road also exists in Pouch Cove, Bauline, St. John's, Upper Island Cove and Bay De Verde.
