It runs in an east-west direction and crosses White's Lane, Ward's Lane, Brake's Road, Pieroway Place, Legge's Road, Blanchards Lane, Blanchards Road, Lees Road, Ralph's Lane, Bayview Road, Morris Lane and Swyers Place. It ends in a cul-de-sac. This road is part of the long-distance roads 461 and Route 461-12. Main Street also exists in Bauline, Old Perlican, Wabana, Whitbourne and Burin.
