It runs in an east-west direction and crosses London Street South, Edgemont Street South, Park Row South, Province Street South, Graham Avenue South, Houghton Avenue South, Wexford Avenue South, Huxley Avenue South, Tuxedo Avenue South, Kenilworth Avenue South, Crosthwaite Avenue South and Garside Avenue South. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Bartonville and Delta East. Maple Avenue also exists in Stoney Creek and Jerseyville West.
