Highway 11 in Unorganized West Timiskaming is a two-lane, asphalted expressway (90 km/h). It runs in a southeast-northwest direction and crosses Swan Lake Park Road, Highway 570, Rainbow Lake Road, Resort Road, Northwood Road, West Sesekinika Lake Road, Silver Tire Road, South Bay Road, South Grenfell Road, Red Pine Road, Old Ferguson Highway and Malnerign Road. It ends in a cul-de-sac. This road is part of the long-distance roads 11 and Trans Canada Highway (ON) (Hwy 11, North Bay to Lake Helen).
