Highway 11 in Thunder Bay District is a two-lane, asphalted expressway (70 km/h). It runs in an east-west direction starting from Garnet Drive and crosses Main Street, Railway Drive, Highway 580, Windigokan Lake Road, Road 801, Rolland Lake Road, Cronin Drive, Noble Avenue, Grace Avenue, Patricia Drive and Caroline Avenue. It connects Greenstone, Unorganized Thunder Bay District and Thunder Bay District. This road is part of the long-distance roads 11 and Trans Canada Highway (ON) (Hwy 11, North Bay to Lake Helen).
