Wellington Street South in Goderich is a two-lane residential street. It runs in a north-south direction starting from Wellington Street North and crosses West Street, Lighthouse Street, Québec Street, Elgin Avenue West, Picton Street West, Britannia Road West and Cayley Street and ends at Blake Street West. Wellington Street South also exists in Ashfield–Colborne–Wawanosh and Howick.
