Northside Road in Saint Margarets is a two-lane secondary road. It runs in an east-west direction and crosses Harbour Road, Jacks Dream Lane, MacCormacks Lane, Sandy MacDonald Lane, Bear Shore Road, Shenanigans Way, Leopold Lane and Johnstons Road. It ends in a cul-de-sac. This road is part of the long-distance road "16". Northside Road also exists in Rock Barra, Goose River, Cable Head East and Saint Peters.
