Route 12 in Kildare Capes is a two-lane, asphalted secondary road. It runs in a north-south direction and crosses Round Pond Lane, Fitzpatrick Road, Sunrise Lane, Travalot Drive and William Travers Lane. It ends in a cul-de-sac. This road is part of the long-distance road "12" and the foot routes The Island Walk and North Cape Coastal Walk.
