It runs in an east-west direction and crosses Haynee Street, Cavendish Street, Usher Street, Fisher Street, Rosen Crescent, Cannon Street, Fleet Street, Joyce Crescent, Bentley Drive, Graham Road, Mackenzie Way and James Crescent. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Glencairn Village, Glencairn and Parkridge. 7th Avenue is also known as E 7th Avenue. The bus lines 7, 9, 21 and 59 serve this stop. 7th Avenue also exists in Eastview, Rosemont, Belvedere, Rothwell Place and Dieppe Place.
