Cotton End Road in Bedford, Wilshamstead is a two-lane, asphalted tertiary road. It runs in an east-west direction starting from Church Road and crosses Bedford Road, Dines Close, Castle Close, Whitworth Way, Brambles, Chapel Lane, Northwood Lane, Hooked Lane, Ivy Lane and Elms Lane and ends at Wilstead Road.
