Upper Icknield Way in Buckinghamshire, Bledlow-cum-Saunderton is a minor road. It runs in an east-west direction and crosses Bledlow Ridge Road, Wigan's Lane, Lee Road and Shootacre Lane and ends at Wycombe Road, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. It connects Princes Risborough and Bledlow-cum-Saunderton.
