It connects Stow-on-the-Wold, Moreton-in-Marsh, Swell, Maugersbury, Broadwell and Donnington. This road is part of the hiking trails Gloucestershire Way and Monarch's Way and the long-distance road "A429". Fosse Way also exists in Shipton Moyne, Long Newnton, Ashley, Rodmarton and Blockley.
