Cecil Street in Oldham is a residential street. It runs in an east-west direction starting from Mill Lane and crosses Haggate Crescent and Rainshaw Street and ends at Church Street. Cecil Street also exists in Tameside, Salford, Stockport, Rochdale and Bury.
