City Road in Wigan is an asphalted residential street. It runs in a north-south direction and crosses Smith Avenue, Peter Street, Montrose Avenue, Norley Road, Shap Gate and Bell Lane and ends at Fleet Street, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. In the vicinity, there is among other things a car repair shop. City Road also exists in Manchester and Trafford.
