Abbotstone Road in Itchen Stoke and Ovington in Winchester is a single-lane, asphalted, unlit minor road. The road has no sidewalks. It runs in a southeast-northwest direction and crosses Basingstoke Road, Pinglestone Farm Lane, Drove Lane, Folly Hill Lane and Hogsdyke Hill Lane. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Old Alresford and Itchen Stoke and Ovington. This road is part of the hiking trails Wayfarers Walk, Three Castles Path and Ox Drove Way and the mountain bike route "The Ox Drove mountain bike route".
