Spybush Lane in Itchen Stoke and Ovington in Winchester is a grass, unlit track (dirt track). It runs in a north-south direction and ends at Basingstoke Road, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. It is a footpath up to Basingstoke Road and not passable by car and connects Itchen Stoke and Ovington and Northington. This road is part of the hiking trails Wayfarers Walk, Three Castles Path and Ox Drove Way and the mountain bike routes Abbotstone Down Off-Road Cycle Trail and The Ox Drove mountain bike route.
