Main Road in Itchen Valley in Winchester is a two-lane, asphalted, unlit secondary road. The road has partly a sidewalk. There is no cycle path. It runs in an east-west direction and crosses Couch Green, Chilland Lane, Chillandham Lane, Old Railway Footpath, Shelley Close and Old Station Road and ends at Station Hill, while the other end is a cul-de-sac.
