It runs in a northeast-southwest direction and crosses F G Jones Road, Old Creek Road, Easy Street, Wintergreen Lane, Stringtown Road, Military Cutoff Road, Keystone Drive, County Road 169, Paris Lane, Glen Rose Road, Beard Road and East Butterfield Cutoff Road. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Rockport, Hot Spring County and Malvern. This street is part of the highway "Southwest Trail". Nearby there is a fire station.
