Barrett Street in Central City is a dirt residential street (gravel path, also known as West High Street). It runs in an east-west direction starting from G Street and crosses Old Tram Road, Mac Rock Road and North Street and ends at East 6th High Street. Barrett Street is also known as West High Street.
