County Road F in Cheyenne County is a single-lane, unpaved unclassified road (dirt track). It runs in an east-west direction starting from County Road 55 and crosses County Road 59 and ends at County Road 60. County Road F also exists in Prowers County, Baca County, Bent County, Kiowa County and Kit Carson County.
