Main Street in Kit Carson County is a residential street. It runs in an east-west direction and crosses Wyoming Avenue, Nebraska Avenue, Kansas Avenue, Colorado Avenue, New York Avenue, Iowa Avenue, Illinois Avenue, Arkansas Avenue, Utah Avenue, Alaska Avenue and Hawaii Street and ends at County Road 31, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. It connects Stratton and Kit Carson County. Main Street also exists in Central City, Longmont, Windsor, Routt County and Prowers County.
