It runs in a north-south direction starting from Grand Avenue and crosses East 2nd Avenue, East 3rd Avenue, East 4th Avenue, West 4th Avenue, East 5th Avenue, West 5th Avenue, West 6th Avenue, West 7th Avenue, East 8th Avenue, East 10th Avenue and West 10th Avenue. Main Street is also known as State Highway 97. This street is part of the highway "97". Main Street also exists in Central City, Longmont, Windsor, Routt County and Prowers County.
