It runs in an east-west direction starting from Southwest 4th Street and crosses Rebekah Drive, South Church Avenue, South Hersum Avenue, South Horton Avenue, South Wortman Avenue, South Roberts Avenue, South Corey Avenue and South Allison Avenue and ends at South Highway 50 Business Loop. Main Street also exists in Jackson County, Routt County, Baca County, Las Animas County and Gunnison County.
