It runs in a north-south direction and crosses Clark Street, Campbell Street, Kohler Farms Road and McIntyre Street and ends at Trumbull Street, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. 5th Street also exists in Pierce, Nunn, Mead, Greeley and Gilcrest.
