Main Street in Sprague is an asphalted residential street. It runs in a north-south direction and crosses Pearl Street, Parkwood Road, Spruce Street, Mill Street, Mission Street, Salt Rock Road, Potash Hill Road and Hanover Versailles Road and ends at Baltic Hanover Road, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. Main Street also exists in Norwich, Windham, East Lyme, Colchester and Stonington.
