It runs in an east-west direction starting from Northwest 120th Way and crosses Northwest 117th Avenue, Northwest 115th Terrace, Northwest 115th Avenue, Northwest 114th Avenue, Northwest 113th Terrace, Northwest 113th Avenue, 108th Terrace, North Hiatus Road, Reflections Boulevard North, Northwest 103rd Avenue and Northwest 103rd Terrace. Northwest 44th Street also exists in Lauderhill, Coconut Creek, Coral Springs, Deerfield Beach and Lauderdale Lakes.
